About your colon therapist, Cynthia Williams

Having had digestive issues herself at the early age of 19, she was always looking for a way to alleviate her discomfort.

Naturally, when she was in a health foods store one day, she noticed a book called "Colon Health" by Dr. Norman W. Walker, where he describes colon therapy.

The book recommended contacting chiropractors and asking them to help locate a colon therapist. The first chiropractor she called and talked to said, "Yes, I know what colon hydrotherapy is, and I have a colonic therapist that works part-time in my office."

Cynthia had her first session at 19 and was thrilled with the results; she had finally found instant relief.

Over the years, things evolved. She was a client for many years then in the year 1999, she began working as a colon therapist intern at an alternative health care clinic. Next she obtained advanced-level certification for colon hydrotherapy through the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy (www.i-act.org).

Following that, wanting to experience colon therapy in a spa setting, Cynthia worked at the world famous We Care Health Spa in Desert Hot Springs as a certified colon therapist.

Then, she opened her own practice in Central CA, which she had for 18 years. Currently, she has moved to Santa Cruz and opened her second colon hydrotherapy practice called "A Colonic Studio."

Cynthia suggests this book as a valuable resource for maintaining optimal colon health.
